Ecovillages will include reliable housing, farming/agricultural, sustainable renewable energy systems, access to education and training programs; providing a space for individuals and families to overcome the challenges of desperation.
Every aspect of an Ecovillage is planned, designed and engineered to provide the opportunity to build self-sustaining communities.
They bring together the value of private homes with the benefits of more sustainable living, in a way that means residents actively participate in the design, build, operation and maintenance of their neighbourhoods. All in all, they stand as innovative and sustainable answers to today’s environmental and social problems.

DESIGNING AN ECO-VILLAGE FOR LONG TERM SUSTAINABILITY.
The ECO Village is being designed and developed with the necessary resources with sustainability being the major key factor. The ECO Village will provide future generations with a sense of pride and families will be able to live in harmony knowing that their families will be adequately accommodated and have the necessary resources for a prosperous future.
Sustainable developments work with their natural surroundings of the indigenous flora and fauna and allow it to coexist with the human inhabitants sharing the same plot of land. This is achieved by allowing green belts through a planned development where the natural habits for the indigenous flora and fauna is not disturbed. Their presence also aids in the balancing of the local ecosystem, in particular the area that is scheduled to be zoned for shared human habitation development.
